You can book a photoshoot with us by contacting us through our website. We'll ask you a few questions about the type of photoshoot you're looking for, and help you choose a package that best fits your needs. We'll then schedule a date and time for the photoshoot that works for both you and us, and request a deposit or retainer to hold the date.

How should I prepare for the photoshoot?

Preparation is key to a successful photoshoot. We recommend that you think about the style and theme of the photoshoot, and plan your clothing and accessories accordingly. We suggest avoiding solid white or black clothes and bringing multiple outfit options to the shoot. Let us know about any specific requests or ideas that you have for the photoshoot, so we can be prepared and make sure that we capture the photos that you want.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

The turnaround time for your photos will depend on the type of photoshoot and the package you choose. We'll provide you with a preview of the photos within a few days of the photoshoot and final images will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks of the shoot, excluding weddings.

Do you offer prints or digital copies of my photos?

Yes, we offer both prints and digital copies of your photos. Our package includes high-resolution digital images and you have an option to purchase prints in a variety of sizes, paper types and frames.

What is your retouching policy?

Basic retouching such as colour correction and minor editing is included in our photography package. Additional advanced retouching and editing services are available upon request at an additional cost.

Are you available for travel?

Yes, we are available for travel and we have a special package for destination weddings, events and photoshoots. Additional travel and accommodation expenses will be added to the package price.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We require a non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking to secure your date. If the photoshoot is cancelled more than 60 days before the scheduled date, the retainer fee can be applied to another date. If the photoshoot is cancelled less than 60 days before the scheduled date, the retainer fee will be retained.
